I used Figma before briefly to make some wireframes, and I was struck by how fast it was (no big file loading issues like Sketch) and how easy it was to update from a master/design system, but I hadn’t really gone in to auto-layout the way I should have before this week. This is when I REALLY started learning Figma. Although it has taken some time to get used to it, putting the work in ahead of time on a few components ends up making going from a mobile to a desktop mockup (or vice versa) a lot quicker and easier.
The less I try to think of Figma’s features in terms of Sketch’s equivalents, the more I like using Figma.
My next update will probably be around prototyping.
