NeuroFlow
NeuroFlow is a healthcare technology company focused on reducing risk and improving outcomes for payers, health systems, and patients.
During my time at NeuroFlow I’ve worked with designers, clinical experts, product managers, marketers, engineers, and NeuroFlow’s users to create better clinical products and beyond. I have led branding workshops, crafted user personas and journeys, constructed high-fidelity mockups with figma, and generated clickable prototypes using Claude.
Here are some of the things I have worked on.

Measurement Based Care Experience for Clinicians
NeuroFlow’s MBC customers have been spread across multiple platforms within our family of products. This fragmented experience has put a strain on both users and our own operations and maintenance of infrastructure. We needed one consistent platform that could be adapted to different customers’ clinical workflows and technical configurations.
I’ve been working on new designs and real features to support the improvement and consolidation of NeuroFlow’s MBC platform and the general shape of our clinical interfaces to come.

NorthStar Design System
Visual Language & Design System for Patient Experiences
Despite being an essential tool for measuring a patient’s treatment efficacy, our patient experience was outdated and fragmented compared to other products in the industry.
I helped establish a new visual language to unify and improve our patient experiences, as well as a design system to increase efficiency and collaboration between design and engineering.

Logo & Branding For Patient-Facing App
Our patient-facing app shared its name with our company. This limited the perception of our capabilities, and caused confusion with both our potential and existing customers.
As a part of a major reframing of NeuroFlow’s positioning, I worked on crafting a new identity for our patient-facing app to better suite the market and accompany our effort to improve patient experiences.

Patient Intake
Clinicians were struggling with the process of collecting information during intake. Intake forms were recorded on written documents and this information was isolated to the clinician’s computer or written notes.
I worked on multiple iterations of a digital intake form that streamlined the process for clinicians by allowing them to record patient information directly in to NeuroFlow.
Clinical Roles Management
NeuroFlow’s clinical roles and permissions were robust and customizable to fit the needs of our different health organizations. However, that made it complicated and challenging for organizations to set up on their own.
I worked on a variety of interface updates to simplify the architecture of roles and increase transparency around the scope of permissions when adding new users and selecting their role.
Custom Tags
In order to facilitate specialized care, NeuroFlow’s users needed a way to stratify their patients by a variety of attributes such as patient conditions, programs, statuses, clinics, and medications. These needs varied across NeuroFlow’s partner organizations.
I designed a custom tag system that allowed clinical users to create their own assignable tags and categories. These tags could then be applied to patients, swapped for other tags, and used by other clinicians to filter and identify those patients later.
